Community Conversations: IRL to URL
Third Culture Theatre’s Community Conversations are integral to creating connection and correspondence, especially when we need it most. Our goal is to move our audience from acquaintance to community, through thought-provoking discourse in order to effect an internal change that is vital for an external, societal betterment.
This is a chance to come together in fellowship, over the internet. Let’s discuss how we as artists, audiences, and a community are navigating this new path before us. Bring a drink, a friend, a pet, your thoughts, feelings, and heart.
Topics we’ll touch on:
What art right now is bringing you joy?
What do you hope comes from all of this?
What do you think the work we create during this time will look like?
Join us on April 16th from 5:30pm - 6:30pm PT via Zoom.
Please RSVP to katrina@thirdculturetheatre.com and follow our Instagram for more updates on Community Conversations: IRL to URL.
Rehearsal Room
TCT is launching a digital rehearsal room where we will gather online with the purpose of allowing writers to hear their work aloud and give actors the opportunity to dig into some new material!
Are you a writer with new pages from quarantine writing, or with an old project you’d like to pick up again? Are you an actor who’d love to be a part of a play reading?
If you’d like to collaborate with us, please contact our literary manager, Weston Twardowski at weston@thirdculturetheatre.com for consideration. Writers, please include any material you would like read. Actors, please submit a headshot and resume. Weston will reach out regarding scheduling and we’ll set up a time for rehearsal!

Update on Our Production,
the World Premiere of Los DreamersWe are excited to embark on our fifth TCT production, the World Premiere of Mónica Sánchez’s Los Dreamers, directed by Dana Martin. Los Dreamers takes us into the world of Scoobi, an undocumented law-student, Petra, her undocumented former revolutionary mother, and Dylan, the man Scoobi marries for her ticket to citizenship. This odd trio navigates personal and political borders on the heels of Scoobi and Dylan’s marriage of inconvenience. Stay tuned with us on social media and our website for an announcement on when Los Dreamers will open and for more information on this production!
